"A bit homely"?!? That's the understatement of the year.

I imagine the wives wouldn't come out and say that because these addictions only become public after the guy has cheated, and they're in no rush to back him up.

I'm sure there are legitimate sex addicts, but I find these celebrities kind of amusing. "Sex addict" seems to be a synonym for "famous guy."

Every rule has an exception. And just because they're trying to work things out doesn't mean she appreciates what he did because of his supposed addiction. Picking him up is probably enough of a "show of support" for her liking.
